Key Responsibilities
Analyse space utilisation data and identify trends.
Create reports and dashboards that drive strategic decisions.
Develop occupancy scenarios and migration plans.
Manage portfolio data and ensure accuracy across systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand space requirements.
Use data visualisation to tell compelling stories.
Support financial forecasting and budget planning.
Conduct facility audits and track seat demand.
