We're growing rapid and moving into larger-scale projects with tier 2 and tier 3 builders.About the roleYou'll own the estimating and quoting function end to end: interpreting architectural plans, quantifying our scope, and managing tenders from the builder's first RFQ through to award and handover.
It's a role for someone who reads drawings accurately and communicates confidently with builders.What you'll be doingReviewing architectural and civil drawings to identify and quantify fencing scopeProducing take-off reports and mark-ups using Bluebeam, CAD or AdobeManaging builder RFQs,



including raising and following up RFIsManaging a portfolio of live tenders from first contact through to awardCoordinating and attending handover meetings with the operations teamPreparing onboarding documentation for new jobs and new builder clientsWhat we're looking forConfident reading and interpreting architectural plansExperience producing take-offs and mark-upsProficiency in Bluebeam, CAD and/or AdobeFamiliarity with construction software and industry terminologyStrong IT literacy across Microsoft Office and cloud-based systemsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyClear written and verbal communication — you'll be dealing with builders dailyEstimating experience in fencing, hoarding, or a related construction trade is highly regardedWhat we offer$75,000 - $90,000 + super + bonusNewly fitted-out office and warehouse in MintoDirect exposure to major builders and large-scale projectsA genuine say in how the estimating function is built as we scale
