Halbuild is a growing construction company delivering projects across the government, defence, commercial and community sectors.
We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, contract basis.Based in our Caringbah office two days per week, this role will be responsible for capturing and sharing the people, projects and progress behind Halbuild.
You will regularly visit our construction sites to take high-quality photos and videos, transforming this content into engaging, on-brand social media posts for our clients, industry partners and prospective clients.The role will also support the ongoing development and updating of Halbuild's broader marketing materials, helping ensure our brand remains professional, consistent and reflective of the quality of work we deliver.Key responsibilities include:Visiting project sites to capture engaging photography and video contentPlanning, creating and scheduling content for LinkedIn and InstagramWriting professional and engaging captions that reflect Halbuild's brand and toneCreating short-form videos, reels and project updatesGrowing Halbuild's social media following within the right industry and client audiencesMaintaining a consistent content calendarUpdating project profiles, capability statements,



presentations and other marketing collateralWorking with our project teams to identify upcoming milestones and content opportunitiesEnsuring all content complies with site, client, privacy and confidentiality requirementsWe are looking for someone who:Has experience in content creation, social media or digital marketingIs confident taking and editing high-quality photos and videosCan turn construction activity into skilled and engaging contentHas strong written communication and attention to detailUnderstands the difference between meaningful audience growth and simply increasing follower numbersCan work independently while collaborating with a busy project teamIs comfortable visiting active construction sitesIdeally has experience working with a construction, property, architecture or professional services businessThis is an office-based position working two days per week from our Caringbah office, with regular travel to project sites.
