Reporting to the Clinical Manager, you'll take the lead in planning and delivering an engaging lifestyle program that enriches the lives of our residents.
You'll guide a team of Lifestyle Assistants, helping them create moments that matter through social, recreational, and wellness-based activities.
You'll also be a key connector with the broader community - coordinating entertainment, liaising with volunteers, and building strong ties with groups such as schools, religious leaders, and service clubs.If you're ready to lead with empathy and create meaningful experiences for our residents,



this could be the perfect role for you.ResponsibilitiesGreeting residents and informing them about the day's activitiesWelcoming new residents and completing their social profiles and activity plansCreating monthly calendars and newslettersOrganising community events and external outingsSupporting staff development and participating in continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will need:Certificate IV in Leisure and Health1-2 years experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory roleA current National Police CheckA current "C" class driver's license and confidence in transporting residentsStrong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a small teamEnthusiasm and creativity to enrich the lives of our residentsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively work with a range of internal & external stakeholdersA compassionate approach and empathy for older people and their familiesA high level of self-motivation, initiative and the ability to work without supervisionYou'll Stand Out if you haveKnowledge of Autumn Care (highly regarded but not essential)Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality standardsDemonstrated understanding of AN-ACC frameworkWhy Join Us?
