What You'll Be Doing
Greeting and assisting passengers at security checkpoints
Providing respectful and skilled screeningHelping manage passenger flow with calm and clarity
Working within clear safety and security procedures
Being the reassuring face of airport security for thousands of travellers
Who We're Looking For
Male and female-identifying individuals (to ensure respectful screening for all passengers)
Great communicators who enjoy helping people




Customer service experience is welcome — but not required
Interested in aviation, safety, or security?
This is your stepping stone
Willing to complete Certificate II in Transport Security Protection (training offered at half price)
What You Need
Full working rights in Australia
Ability to pass a drug screening, medical check, and criminal history check (ASIC eligibility)
Unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport
Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster (part-time)
A professional, responsible attitude – and a passion for learning
Training & Development
