Hytec Cooling Pty Ltd. is seeking experienced Duct Installers to join our team on a casual basis with an immediate start available.
This is a hands-on position based in Sydney NSW ****, where you'll play a crucial role in the installation and assembly of air conditioning and refrigeration ductwork systems for residential, commercial and industrial clients.
Your work will directly contribute to ensuring our clients receive high-quality climate control solutions that meet safety standards and operational requirements.Key responsibilitiesInstall, assemble and fit ductwork systems for air conditioning and refrigeration installations across various project sitesMeasure, cut and shape duct materials to precise specifications according to engineering plans and drawingsSecure and seal ductwork connections to ensure optimal airflow and system efficiencyPerform quality checks on completed installations to verify workmanship and compliance with safety standardsCollaborate with other tradespeople and supervisors to coordinate installation schedules and ensure project timelines are metTransport and handle materials and equipment safely on siteMaintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsTroubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise during the fitting processWhat we are looking forProven experience as a Duct Installer or similar role within air conditioning and refrigeration installationProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprintsStrong understanding of ductwork materials,
