Beyond month end reporting, you'll be hands on in the accounting function and support the Directors with strategic planning.How you'll do thisSupport with month-end activities to ensure timely and accurate production of management accounts.Complete general ledger reconciliations, including prepayments, accruals, suspense, debtors,



and creditors.Maintain up-to-date financial procedures and identify opportunities to improve team productivity.Manage supplier records and invoice approval processes to ensure payments are made within agreed terms.About youYou are a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering accurate and timely financial work.
You bring solid communication and interpersonal skills, thrive when planning and prioritising your own workload, and are committed to supporting a positive, values-driven workplace.What you'll bringStrong time management skills with the ability to plan, organise, and set your own work priorities.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.A background in a Finance Manager or senior Bookkeeper role with a CPA / CA qualification highly regarded but not essentialExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with effective interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.Current Queensland "C" class driver's licence and ability to complete a national criminal history check.
