Our Urban Development team continues to secure repeat subdivision work across the greater Ipswich and Lockyer Valley region.
As such we are seeking applications from Project Engineers who would like real accountability — technically, commercially and operationally.
This isn't a back-office engineering role.
You'll own your projects.What You'll Be DoingAs Project Engineer, you'll work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to drive delivery across active subdivision projects (roads, drainage, bulk earthworks, services).
You'll take responsibility for:Programming and construction methodologyCoordinating supervisors, subcontractors, plant and procurementQA systems, ITP reviews and complianceMonthly forecasting and cost controlVariations, scope changes and financial reportingSafety, environmental and legislative complianceSolving complex technical and site challengesYou'll play a key role in ensuring projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality expectations — while building a strong,



collaborative team culture on site.What We're Looking ForWe're open to experienced Project Engineers or strong Site Engineers ready to step up.You'll bring:Bachelor of Civil EngineeringProven experience delivering subdivision or civil infrastructure projectsStrong financial acumen (forecasting, DJC, variations, cost control)Confidence managing subcontractors and site teamsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetAbility to lead from the front and influence outcomesIf you enjoy being accountable for results — not just reporting on them — you'll do well here.The SEE WaySEE Group is a family-built company with over 35 years of experience in delivering excellence across civil construction, mining, and infrastructure.
