Our Bringelly site is a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment where safety, quality and consistency matter.We are currently recruiting for a Production Operator to join our team, supporting critical unloading and production operations.Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will operate a complete section of the plant and play a key role in manufacturing high-quality bricks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is mechanically minded, safety focused, and comfortable working in a physically demanding environment.You'll Work Across An 11-hour ShiftDay shift: 5:00am – 4:00pm4 days on / 4 days offKey ResponsibilitiesComplete quality pre-start and safety checklistsOperate fixed and mobile plant to meet production targetsMaintain and improve daily production performanceFollow work instructions, procedures and best practicesConduct housekeeping and general plant dutiesInspect bricks at sorting stations for squareness, colour, texture,
