This full-time role is based in Hervey Bay, QLD and will see you overseeing the successful delivery of plumbing projects for our growing client base.What you'll be doingSupervise and coordinate the work of plumbing teams on construction sitesEnsure all work is completed to the highest quality and in compliance with relevant codes and regulationsLiaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer serviceManage the procurement of materials and equipment to support project timelinesProvide hands‐on support and guidance to junior plumbers as requiredContribute to the continuous improvement of plumbing operationsMaintain detailed records and reporting on project progress and performanceWhat we're looking forProficient in reading and interpreting plumbing plans, specifications and schematicsStrong understanding of plumbing systems, codes and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and teamsProven ability to coordinate,
