occupancy growth, and team engagement.You will play a key role in:Mentoring and developing Centre Directors and leadership teamsDriving quality, compliance, and Assessment & Rating outcomesBuilding strong centre cultures and team performanceSupporting workforce, occupancy, and operational successChampioning child safety and safeguarding practicesLeading continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolioAbout You:Proven leadership experience across multiple sites or teams in the Early ChildhoodMUST HOLD previous experience as a Area Manager managing early childhood services!
