The business is large enough to offer structure, systems and complexity, while still providing genuine hands-on exposure across a broad finance function.Reporting into the Group Accountant, this role will suit an Assistant Accountant or solid Accounts Officer who is looking to continue developing their technical accounting skills.
You will support day-to-day finance operations, bank and cash transactions, month-end accounting, finance facilities, machine-related transactions and broader finance team activities.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily bank transactions and complete reconciliations across multiple accountsMaintain cash flow records, finance facility schedules and supporting documentationSupport month-end close,



journals, intercompany reconciliations and fixed asset recordsAssist with BAS, GST, PRT, FBT records and audit requirementsProvide backup support across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and broader finance processesAbout YouExperience in an Assistant Accountant, Accounts Officer or similar finance rolePractical experience with bank reconciliations, journals and general ledger transactionsExposure to month-end accounting processes and financial schedulesIntermediate Excel skills and experience using an ERP or finance systemCurrently studying an accounting degree, CA or CPA, with a hands-on and proactive approach
