We’re partnering with a growing fit-out and refurbishment business in Sydney CBD to find a creative bid designer to support with their submissions across NSW and Victoria.

This is a role where you are leading the visual designs, presentation and graphics across submissions. It's an opportunity to bring your creative flare whilst making the documents clear and engaging.

You’ll be joining a vibrant team in an open-plan office with a lot of collaboration and celebrations as a team.

What You’ll Be Doing
Partner with the Estimating team and Directors to prepare compelling tenders, EOIs, capability statements and client presentations.
Lead the visual design, layout and presentation of submission documents.
Create graphics, diagrams, project imagery and ensure all documentation is professionally presented
Translate concepts and ideas into clear, engaging and practical visual solutions.
Build solid relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.




Represent the business professionally throughout the tender and pre-construction process.
Contribute positively to a cooperative, energetic and high-performing team workplace.
Take ownership of your work and play a key role in the ongoing evolution of the design and submissions function.

What We're Looking For
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong visual communication and document design skills.
Ability to present information clearly, professionally and persuasively.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
