Our client, a well‑established mining manufacturing company located on Brisbane’s Northside, is looking for motivated and reliable Production Workers to join their growing team.

What’s on Offer
$38.00 per hour
Monday to Thursday roster
4:00 am – 2:00 pm
Long weekends every week
Immediate start available
Ongoing opportunity with the potential for long‑term employment

About the Role

You will be responsible for the production and assembly of polyurethane screen panels, pump components and other wear‑resistant products used throughout the mining and mineral processing industries.

This is a hands‑on manufacturing role with a solid focus on safe work practices and quality workmanship.





To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous experience as a Production Worker or Trade Assistant
Good mechanical aptitude
Experience using hand and power tools
High attention to detail
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Forklift licence (highly regarded)
Basic welding experience (advantageous)

Essential Requirements
Full Australian working rights
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Reliable with a consistent employment history
Able to pass a pre‑employment medical, including urine drug and alcohol screening
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
