Options Health Services is hiring a Support Worker to provide Supported Independent Living and community access support around Darwin and Palmerston. You will work with participants to complete daily activities, assist with personal care, and support medication management in a respectful, trauma-informed setting.

The role requires at least a Certificate III in Disability or related field, 1+ year in residential care or community settings, NDIS orientation, and robust communication skills.
