the Operations Manager will oversee operational performance across production, procurement, project delivery, estimating, systems, compliance and business support functions.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands‐on operational leadership and who can confidently work across multiple areas of a growing business, including owning important client relationships.You will work closely with the Production Manager, Project Manager/s, Estimator/s and Design team to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & LeadershipLead and support operational functions across production support, procurement, logistics and complianceDrive operational efficiency, process improvement and business scalabilityOversee supplier relationships, procurement and inventory managementSupport WHS compliance, quality systems and operational reportingCoordinate support functions including administration and People & Culture activitiesFoster a cooperative, accountable and positive team cultureProject DeliveryOversee customer projects from order through to delivery and handoverCoordinate project schedules, resources and production requirementsLiaise with customers,



suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project executionMonitor timelines, budgets, variations and operational risksSupport estimating and quotation activitiesReview technical drawings and specificationsAssist with cost control, margins and operational performance improvementsAbout YouExperience in operations, manufacturing, electrical, engineering or related industriesStrong leadership capability with a collaborative and no‐ego approachThe ability to manage multiple moving parts in a rapid‐paced environmentStrong commercial awareness and problem‐solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilityA calm, organised and outcomes‐focused approachTechnical understanding of manufacturing, projects or electrical systems (highly regarded)Experience in switchboards, electrical manufacturing, panel building or related industries will be highly regarded.What Success Looks LikeIn this role, success will come from:building strong relationships across the business,improving operational efficiency and delivery,supporting a positive and accountable culture,and helping position the business for continued growth.Ready to Join Us?
