Randstad is seeking an APS3 Participant Support Officer in Rockhampton, QLD.
This full time, 12-month assignment is onsite five days a week, from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Australian citizenship is required.
The role focuses on delivering high-quality participant support and administrative tasks across service delivery teams.You will handle inquiries face-to-face, by phone, and via email, supporting participants and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes.
