You'll have the opportunity to manage a varied caseload while being supported by an experienced leadership team committed to your growth and success.The Senior Occupational Therapist role offers the opportunity to work closely alongside the Clinical Lead, contributing to clinical excellence,
mentoring and service development initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct Functional Capacity Assessments and Home and Living Assessments.Deliver person-centred therapy and capacity-building supports.Develop tailored intervention plans aligned with client goals.Prescribe assistive technology, equipment and environmental modifications.Prepare high-quality reports and clinical documentation.Collaborate with families, carers, support coordinators and multidisciplinary teams.Support clients to maximise independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.About YouOur client is looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives.
You'll be someone who embraces feedback, values continuous learning and enjoys being part of a collaborative team environment.To be successful, you will have:Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.Current Australian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.Full Australian working rights.Solid written and verbal communication skills.Excellent time management and organisational abilities.The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Experience or interest in equipment prescription and environmental modifications.Experience conducting Functional Capacity Assessments and Home and Living Assessments (desirable for experienced clinicians).
