Ideally, you have:Pastoral Care training and experienceHigh-level interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPolice Check, NDIS clearance, and vaccinations as requiredLutheran Church of Australia Professional Standards Training (or willingness to complete)(Desired: Clinical Pastoral Education or similar experience)About the RoleThis role is critical to providing spiritual and emotional support across our aged care sites.
