About the Role
Based at our Penrith HQ and reporting to the Sales Manager, this full-time role is your opportunity to support the daily operations of our sales team.
You will play a key role in the customer journey, from confirming bookings and coordinating site visits, to conducting pre-installation site safety assessments and keeping our CRM accurate.




You will work alongside experienced sales professionals who will mentor you in our solar product range and customer relationship management.
This is a great entry point for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
To be clear on the role: this is a support and coordination role, not a sales-target role.
You are not responsible for lead generation, sales targets, or customer conversion.
Your focus is smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and a professional experience for every customer.
This role is also a springboard.
Once you have learnt the ropes, there is a genuine opportunity to step into the sales team typically within three months.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Communicating with customers and confirming appointment bookings
Coordinating and scheduling customer site visits, and planning efficient inspection routes
Conducting pre-installation site safety assessments in line with our site safety assessment policy
Capturing accurate site data, photos, and inspection records
Assisting senior team members with site data that supports accurate quotes
Supporting follow-up activity to ensure smooth project delivery
Maintaining accurate CRM records and documentation
Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and care
Assisting the senior sales team with administrative and operational tasks
Who You Are
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with fast-paced work
An effective communicator who enjoys customer interaction
Ready to learn and develop your skills in a renewable energy business
Professional in your conduct, with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to manage your own schedule and adapt to shifting priorities
Willing to contribute ideas for improving processes and systems
A team player with a can-do attitude and positive energy
Holder of a valid driver's licence
