email and videoRun onboarding and "success sessions" to get new customers set up and activatedResolve technical issues and escal to more complex bugs when neededCoach customers on features so they get more value out of the platformAdapt your tone across very different customer types, sometimes in the same dayKeep the CRM and ticketing system clean and accurateWhat They're Looking For1-2+ years' experience in a support role, ideally within a SaaS or software companyStrong communicator, clear, concise, and a genuinely positive listenerComfortable managing a hybrid workload of scheduled sessions and reactive ticketsCurious mindset, happy to become an expert across two platformsGood energy and a customer-first attitudeThe ProfileThis suits someone who:Enjoys variety, no two calls or tickets look the sameIs energised by helping people, not just closing ticketsWants to grow within a global organisation from a local baseCan flex between casual conversations and formal, compliance-aware ones
