and ensure accurate recordingRe-schedule deliveries and manage returns as required Customer Service & CommunicationResolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional mannerManage the Distribution mailbox and respond promptly to all communicationsLiaise with site supervisors and customers to confirm site readiness for delivery or collectionServe customers at the Despatch Office and manage transactions Administration & SystemsProcess local and interstate orders, credit returns, and transactions using Titan and related systemsPrepare daily interstate backorder reports and distribute accordinglyPrint and distribute picking slips for next-day operationsFinalise and print truck BOLs and run sheets Warehouse OperationsAssist with warehouse duties including compiling orders, locating stock, forklift operation, and general warehouse tasksSupport operational workflow to ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accuratelyAbout YouExperience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operationsStrong organisational and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator with a customer-focused approachAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesExperience using warehouse/ERP systems (e.g. Titan) highly regardedForklift licence desirable (or willingness to obtain)Why Join?
