This is an exciting prospect to work closely with senior leaders, influence business decisions, and contribute to a respected global organisation.About the RoleReporting to the General Manager – People & Governance, you'll play a key role in supporting compliance, enterprise risk management and corporate governance across Australia and New Zealand.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining and enhancing our Compliance FrameworkManaging the Corporate Risk Register and Enterprise Risk FrameworkMonitoring regulatory and legislative changes across Australia and New ZealandDeveloping and reviewing corporate policies and proceduresSupporting compliance investigations and whistleblower mattersDelivering compliance training and awareness programsPreparing reports for senior leadership and our global parent companySupporting Business Continuity and enterprise risk initiativesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:QualificationsExperience in Compliance,



Governance or Enterprise Risk ManagementStrong knowledge of Australian regulatory compliance frameworksExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience developing policies, procedures and risk registersTertiary qualifications in Governance, Risk Management, Business, Law or a related disciplineExperience within construction, manufacturing, mining or heavy industry will be highly regarded.Why Join Hitachi Construction Machinery Oceania?
