Operations, Marketing & Content Coordinator – Lifestyle & Digital MediaWorking closely with the business owner, you'll manage projects, develop content calendars, coordinate marketing activities, liaise with contractors, and support the day-to-day operations of the business.You'll play an integral role in planning and coordinating content by developing and managing content calendars, contributing marketing strategies, generating creative campaign ideas, and assisting with the execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.Our business is continually evolving.
You'll manage structured weekly content and operational commitments while adapting quickly as priorities, strategies and opportunities change.
We're looking for someone who enjoys balancing routine with change and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from planning through to completion.Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars.Coordinate marketing campaigns, content production and creative projects.Contribute content ideas, marketing strategies and campaign planning.Coordinate photographers, writers, designers and contractors.Support website updates and digital content.Improve systems, workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).




Track projects using Monday.com or similar project management software.Ensure weekly deadlines and recurring deliverables are met.About YouYou're highly organised, proactive, adaptable and enjoy taking ownership of your work.
You thrive in a dynamic environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.You'll enjoy working within structured weekly schedules while remaining flexible enough to adapt as the business continues to grow and evolve.2+ years' experience in operations, marketing, project coordination and or content coordination.Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple projects.Ability to work in a rapid-paced, ever-changing environment.Experience with Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management software.Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills.Experience in lifestyle, food, health, media and or digital publishing.WordPress, SEO, email marketing and or social media experience.Experience coordinating contractors and creative teams.What We OfferFull-time position based in Southport.Opportunity to join a growing startup while supporting an established business.A creative, collaborative and supportive team.Genuine career growth opportunities.Competitive salary based on experience.
