Due to the expansion of the Business, Signature Living Homes Australia Pty Ltd, Bella Vista, NSW - **** is looking for a full time experienced painter in the residential housing industry.The candidate must have:Minimum full time one year experience as a PainterMust have Certificate III in Painting and DecoratingCertificate IV in Building and Construction (Building) - PreferredMust have own car and toolsTASKS INCLUDEApplies paint, varnish, wallpaper and other finishes to protect, maintain and decorate surfaces of buildings and structures.Erecting scaffolding and ladders, and placing drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from paint splatteringPreparing surfaces by removing old paint and wallpaper, fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks,



and smoothing and sealing surfacesSelecting and preparing paints to required colours by mixing portions of pigment, oil, and thinning and drying additivesApplying paints, varnishes, and stains to surfaces using brushes, rollers, and sprays Hanging wallpaper, matching patterns and trimming edgesCleaning equipment and work areasMay repair windows and replace glass in wooden and metal framesMay lay and repair wall and floor tilesAustralian Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
