We're looking for an experienced Senior Pastry Chef & Cake Decorator to join our production kitchen.
This is a hands-on role producing cakes, cabinet sweets, desserts and catering items, while creating celebration cakes that our customers love.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll play an important role in producing the food our customers know and love, including:
Cakes and cabinet sweets
Celebration cakes
Biscuits, slices and baked fare
Muffins, friands and seasonal products
Catering desserts and high tea items
Assisting with production planning
Maintaining food safety and quality standards




Contributing ideas for new products and seasonal specials
About You
You'll bring:
Previous experience in a commercial pastry kitchen, bakery or café
Strong cake decorating and finishing skills
Pride in producing consistent, high-quality work
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
A calm, positive approach and strong work ethic
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Hours & Conditions
Four-day working week
Tuesday-Saturday roster
4:00 am starts
Daytime finishes
No Sundays
No Mondays
Salary $68,000-$75,000 + Superannuation (depending on experience)
