Skillset are seeking an Electrician to join our client's manufacturing team in Bathurst, NSW.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industrial electrician to play a key role in the installation of a new facility, while maintaining the reliability, safety and performance of electrical systems and automation equipment across a busy manufacturing operation.
This role is ideal for a proactive qualified who enjoys problem-solving, leading by example and driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
Full time, part time or a casual positions are available.
Your responsibilties may include:
Installing and modifying electrical equipment and control systemsDiagnosing and repairing faults on extrusion lines, conveyors, pumps, compressors and associated plant equipmentReading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentationTroubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, instrumentation, VSDs and HMIsMaintaining accurate maintenance records within the site's CMMSEnsuring all work is performed in accordance with WHS legislation, Australian Standards and site procedures
You will have:




Electrical Trade QualificationCurrent Electrical LicenceExperience within industrial manufacturing or process industriesStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsExperience working with PLC-controlled machinery and automation systemsAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical manualsCurrent driver's licenceJoin a growing and innovative manufacturing businessWork with modern automation and electrical systemsSupportive team environment focused on safety and continuous improvement
