If you have supervisory experience in fast food or hospitality and love working in a fast-paced setting, this is your opportunity to make your mark at one of Queensland's favourite Greek street food brands.What You'll Be DoingOpening and closing the restaurant to a high standardSupervising and supporting team members including juniorsTraining and developing staff to achieve outstanding resultsMonitoring store performance and meeting KPIsHandling customer complaints and resolving concerns professionallyFood preparation including deep fryer and grill operationCash handling and register operationKeeping the restaurant clean and maintaining food safety standardsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a Supervisor or Shift Leader role in fast food or hospitalityA natural leader who can motivate and support a teamGreat communication skills and a customer-first attitudeReliable, organised and able to perform under pressureFlexible availability including evenings, weekends and school holidaysAttention to detail and a strong commitment to food safety and hygieneWhy Join Us?
