What does the job look like?
Our Intermodal Business Unit has a casual opportunity for an experienced HR Driver to join the team in Townsville, QLD.
In this role, you will complete local and regional runs, delivering a variety of freight to customer stores and sites.
Freight will be unloaded either by forklift or manually with the support of an offsider.
This is a day shift position, working Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 2:00pm, with the potential for overtime on weekdays and weekends.Key areas:Driving the commitment to Linfox Safety Standards at all times, and ensuring that Vision Zero is a daily focusComplying with the Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedure plus the ability to work unsupervisedAble to assist in loading and unloading when requiredGood knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and road transport legislationAbility to communicate effectively with team members, managers and customers on a day-to-day basisAre you the one?
