If you're a hands‐on leader with a passion for quality and safety, this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career.As a Civil Site Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations on‐site, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:Manage and supervise civil construction activities on siteEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsCoordinate and schedule trades, subcontractors,



and material deliveriesMonitor project progress and provide daily reporting to Project ManagersResolve on‐site issues promptly to minimise delaysConduct toolbox talks and site inductionsManage and mentor civil construction workforceWhat we're looking for:Proven experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in civil infrastructure, earthworks, roads, or subdivisionsStrong leadership and communication skillsSound knowledge of WHS regulations, qualityand complianceAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and plansWhite Card (mandatory) and relevant tickets (e.g., First Aid, Traffic Control, etc.) are a plusCurrent driver's licence with the willingness to work across Sydney.Commitment to work safely and efficiently, with strong attention to detailWhy JK's?
