In this critical role, you will help ensure the safety and security of staff, guests, and visitors while supporting smooth daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor CCTV systems and alarm panels, identify incidents, and elevate matters to relevant security personnelRespond to emergencies by initiating appropriate procedures and liaising with emergency services where requiredProvide transparent and consistent communication with on-site security teamsMaintain accurate and detailed incident reports and logsConduct investigations into security breaches and monitor activities of interestAbout YouTo be successful in this role,



you must be available to work a rotating roster across days and nights throughout the week.
This is not a weekend-only position — weekday availability is essential.Essential Requirements:Previous experience as a Control Room Operator or Monitoring Centre OperatorCurrent NSW Security Licence (1AE)Nationally accredited First Aid and CPR certificationCurrent NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)Why Join CONSTANT?
