As our Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our patients, playing a key role in providing excellent patient care and support.We are looking for Monday to Friday (likely 9am-2pm) at Myhealth Benowa, Carrara StreetWe are looking for 2-3 days a week (including Mondays and Fridays) at Myhealth Benowa Village, Ross StreetCasual float positions across the Myhealth network in the Gold Coast Region.Day in the Life:Greeting patients and efficiently managing patient check-ins and registrationOverseeing and maintaining diary scheduling in collaboration with the Clinical Team (including waitlist management, booking in new clients and rescheduling appointments)Answering patient queries via phone and emailOrganising and maintaining patient records, ensuring confidentialityHandling various ad-hoc reception tasks to support the smooth running of the practiceWhat we're looking for:Minimum of 1-2 years of reception experience (medical preferred)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Medicare, DVA, Work Cover, HICAPS,
