TELCO ANTENNAS is seeking a skilled Book Keeper / Accountant to join our team on a casual basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to provide essential financial management and bookkeeping support to a growing business.
Based in Hemmant, QLD, this casual position offers flexibility whilst contributing meaningfully to our financial operations and ensuring accurate records are maintained across all transactions.This is only casual job and hours will vary only from 16 to 24 hours per weekWhat you'll be doingRecording and classifying financial transactions in accounting systemsReconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracyManaging accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPreparing and maintaining financial records and ledgersProcessing invoices, receipts and expense reportsAssisting with payroll processing and related documentationPerforming month-end and year-end closing proceduresPreparing financial reports and statements for management reviewSupporting compliance with tax obligations and regulatory requirementsIdentifying and resolving discrepancies in financial recordsWhat we're looking forProven experience working as a bookkeeper or accountant, ideally in a small to medium-sized business environmentStrong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft ExcelSolid understanding of bookkeeping principles,



general ledger processes and financial reportingExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keepingStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyKnowledge of Australian tax and accounting standardsProfessional communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholdersA relevant qualification such as a Certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping, or equivalent practical experienceDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial informationWhat we offerWorking with TELCO ANTENNAS provides a valuable opportunity to develop your bookkeeping and accounting expertise within a professional business environment.
