Working closely with our Operations, Warehouse and Styling teams, you will bring each design brief to life by creating functional, cohesive and visually striking interiors that align with our brand and our clients' expectations.This is a hands-on role that combines creativity with organisation, requiring confident on-site decision-making, excellent time management and a strong eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesInterpret and execute styling briefs to achieve the desired design outcome.Create furniture and accessory layouts that maximise the property's appeal and functionality.Style properties using furniture, artwork and accessories while making creative decisions on-site where required.Work alongside the logistics team during loading and unloading to ensure the correct furniture, artwork and accessories are prepared for each installation.Ensure every installation is completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional presentation standards.Maintain a high level of creativity, consistency and attention to detail across every project.Project Administration & DocumentationComplete project checklists and maintain accurate records within Trello.Upload installation photographs upon completion.Record any damaged, dirty or worn items requiring attention.Document property-specific notes, access information and installation instructions.Property & Client CareCollect, manage and return property keys safely.Build positive,



professional relationships with clients and real estate agents while on-site.Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Made Property Styling brand at all times.Quality ControlInspect furniture, artwork and accessories before installation to ensure they meet presentation standards.Clean and prepare styling items where required.Ensure all styling items are positioned safely and presented to the highest standard.Identify and report any damaged or missing stock.Warehouse SupportPrepare, pack and organise artwork, accessories and soft furnishings for upcoming installations.Unpack, clean and return artwork and accessories following removals.Maintain a clean, organised and efficient styling area within the warehouse.Marketing SupportCapture installation photographs and content when requested for use across the company's marketing channels.Assist in showcasing completed projects while maintaining client confidentiality.Health & SafetyFollow all workplace health and safety procedures in both the warehouse and on-site.Handle furniture, artwork and accessories safely and responsibly.About YouWe're looking for someone who has:A genuine passion for interior styling and design.Excellent spatial awareness with a strong understanding of scale, proportion and balance.Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.Strong organisational and time management skills.The ability to think creatively and confidently make styling decisions on-site.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a collaborative team.The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A current Australian Driver Licence.Interior styling, interior design or property styling experience is highly regarded.What We OfferWork with one of Sydney's leading property styling companies.Be part of a creative, supportive and passionate team.The opportunity to style a diverse range of residential properties.Ongoing career development and career growth opportunities.A collaborative workplace where creativity is encouraged and valued.
