What we're looking for
Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
Minimum 2 years' hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Experience in clinical ward rounds, medication reconciliation, dispensing, patient counselling, discharge planning and clinical documentation
Experience using Merlin,



EMR or similar hospital systems highly regarded (including experience with paper-based medication charts)
Robust communication and clinical decision-making skills
