supportive, and successful teamThis is a dynamic, dual-purpose role combining retail sales and warehouse responsibilities, offering variety across your day.You'll be the face of our Enoggera showroom, assisting customers with product selection and helping bring their renovation or building projects to life.
Behind the scenes, you'll support the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations and a seamless customer experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver exceptional customer service in the showroomAssist customers with product selection and sales enquiriesProcess sales transactions and orders accuratelyPick, pack, and prepare customer ordersReceive and manage incoming stockMaintain warehouse organisation and safety standardsSupport the team to achieve sales and operational targetsPrevious experience in retail sales, warehouse, or a similar hands‐on roleStrong customer service skills with a willingness to learnPhysically fit and comfortable with manual handlingReliable, proactive, and a team playerForklift licence (desirable but not essential)If you're looking for a varied, hands‐on role where you can grow your skills across both sales and operations, we'd love to hear from you.
