Category Manager Industrial Hose & Connectors Asia PacificWe are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Category Manager – Industrial Hose & Connectors (APAC) to lead strategy, growth, and profitability across this critical product category.In this leadership role, you will hold overall responsibility for the Industrial Hose and Connectors portfolio, including:Development and execution of the category strategyDelivery of sales and profitability targetsSupplier selection and strategic managementGrowth of our PBL (Home Brand) rangeInternal technical support and training developmentThis role operates within a matrixed structure and leads a team of product category specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver the Industrial Hose & Connectors product strategyDrive achievement of sales, margin, and growth targetsPartner with sales teams to optimise pricing and profitabilityContribute to GMROI, ROIC, and overall inventory performanceDevelop collaborative partnerships with key suppliersEvaluate and recommend new vendorsManage agency agreements and supplier relationshipsEnsure technical documentation and master data accuracyChampion current products, services, and channelsLeadership & Cross-Functional CollaborationLead and develop your team, including KPIs and performance managementProvide technical and sales support to the networkWork closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales Leaders,
