Evolve Roofing is seeking experienced Metal Roofing Tradesmen and enthusiastic Apprentices to join our growing team in Sydney, NSW.
This is a full-time opportunity to work on a variety of exciting roofing projects and contribute to the success of our company.What you'll be doingProfessionally install and repair metal roofing systems, including cutting, bending, and fixing metal sheetsCollaborate with the team to ensure the timely and cost-effective completion of roofing projectsMaintain a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all safety protocolsMentor and train Apprentices, passing on your expertise and industry knowledgeContribute to the continuous improvement of our roofing processes and techniquesWhat we're looking forFormal qualification in Metal Roofing or a related Building Trades disciplineCertificate III in Roof Plumbing is specifically required for this positionMinimum 2 years' experience as a Metal Roofing Tradesman, with a proven track record of high-quality workStrong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to specificationsGood problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently or as part of a teamEffective communication skills and a customer-focused approachAustralian work rights are essential for this positionA keen interest in continuously improving your skills and supporting the development of othersA valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to the Banksmeadow worksiteCurrent Working at Heights certification and White CardWorking at Heights certification must be held at the time of applicationPhysical capability to lift up to 25kg and work in various weather conditionsCompletedYear 10 or equivalentEligible to enter into an Australian apprenticeship agreementApprentice applicants must be a minimum of 17 years oldWhat we offerAt Evolve Roofing, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
