Von Bibra Auto Group Ferry Rd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Warranty Clerk to join our LDV/Suzuki Service Department at Expo Court, Ashmore.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn warranty processes within a busy dealership environment.Working alongside our Service team, you will support the preparation and administration of warranty claims while also assisting with customer service and general department administration.About the RoleAs the Junior Warranty Clerk, you will play an important role in ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.
You will work closely with Service Advisors, Technicians, Workshop Foremen, Accounts, and manufacturer representatives to support the dealership's warranty administration processes.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, is highly organised, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and submission of warranty claimsReview warranty documentation and ensure claims meet manufacturer requirementsFollow up on returned, rejected, or outstanding warranty claimsMaintain accurate warranty records and supporting documentationAssist with warranty parts tracking, storage, returns,
