About the RoleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and collaborative HR team.
This is a true generalist role supporting leaders and employees across a diverse workforce.
Working in a hands‐on environment, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to provide practical HR advice and contribute to a range of people initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Providing HR advice and coaching to managers on day-to-day people matters
Supporting employee relations, performance management and workplace investigations
Managing probation reviews, employment changes and offboarding processes
Assisting with interpretation of employment legislation, awards and HR policies
Supporting employee engagement and culture initiatives
Maintaining HR records,



reporting and compliance activities
Contributing to continuous improvement projects and broader People & Culture initiatives
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, building strong relationships and being actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.
About YouTo be successful, you will bring:
Previous experience in a generalist HR or People & Culture Advisor position
Experience supporting operational or blue-collar workforces is advantageous
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Confidence managing employee relations and performance matters
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A practical, proactive and approachable working style
Experience with HRIS systems; payroll exposure is beneficial but not essential
