As a skilled labourer working through Hays, you will be representing our business while working with a range of large, well-established construction companies.
Your new role
Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, concreters, electricians, plumbers, and steel fixers.
Loading, unloading, and moving construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Site preparation and clean-up, including removing rubbish and maintaining a protected work workplace.
Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Manual handling and heavy lifting in accordance with safety procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
Current Construction White Card
Full PPE, including hard hat, high-vis clothing, steel-capped boots, safety glasses, gloves, and long workwear (If successful,
we can provide PPE free of cost)
Reliable transport to and from site
Highly Regarded Tickets and Licences
Telehandler Ticket
Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Licence
Working at Heights
Confined Space Entry
Forklift Licence (LF)
Dogman Licence
Gas Test ticket
Rigging Licence
Scaffolding Licence
