Hays Manufacturing & Operations is currently seeking expressions of interest from skilled and trade-qualified Boilermakers for upcoming opportunities across the Newcastle, Central Coast, and Hunter regions.
We work with a range of leading employers across manufacturing, heavy industry, engineering, mining services, construction, and maintenance environments who regularly require experienced Boilermakers for both casual and permanent positions.
About the Role
Workshop and site-based fabrication
Structural steel fabrication and installation
MIG, TIG and Stick welding
Reading and interpreting technical drawings
Maintenance, shutdown and project work
Heavy manufacturing and industrial settings
Day, afternoon and night shift opportunities
What You'll Need
Trade Qualification in Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaker/Welder)
Proven fabrication and welding experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Solid focus on workplace safety
Current Driving Licence and reliable transport
Relevant tickets and certifications highly regarded (Forklift, EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space, Dogging, Rigging)
