ofi is seeking Agricultural Leading Hands to support almond orchard irrigation across North-West VIC and Southern NSW. You will work with the Regional Irrigation Controller on day-to-day irrigation operations and soil moisture monitoring.

This hands-on role includes maintaining irrigation equipment, coordinating with contractors, and delivering water and fertiliser to the orchards; a company vehicle is supplied along with a salary range of $80,000–$95,000.
