The Australian Clay Target Association Ltd (ACTA), the national governing body for clay target shooting in Australia, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Finance & Administration Officer to join its Head Office team in Wagga Wagga.This diverse position combines bookkeeping, general administration and executive support to the Executive Officer and Chairman.Key responsibilities include:Managing accounts payable and receivableCompleting bank reconciliations and financial reportingAssisting with budgets and audit documentationCoordinating correspondence, meetings and schedulesAssist in preparing Board papers, agendas and minutesSupporting ACTA committees, programs and operational activitiesLiaising with clubs,
