About the opportunity
Play a key role in setting construction projects up for success by delivering precise, high‐quality estimates and documentation.
You'll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure every job is accurate, consistent, and ready for construction.
Analyse plans and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Complete detailed material, labour, and plant take-offs
Coordinate and manage documentation amendments prior to construction
Issue and manage purchase orders in line with supplier agreements
Review supplier quotes to ensure full project scope is covered
Process ETS invoices and manage cost reconciliation
Maintain project records and documentation across systems
Support quality control by reviewing team outputs and managing variations
