Our graduate program is a 2-year rotational Management Development Program (MDP) designed to provide hands‐on experience and training in various aspects of management, including leadership, operations, and strategy.
Through on‐the‐job learning across our main operations, you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced and talented professionals in the construction industry.
The program offers graduates practical exposure to different parts of our business, as well as the chance to experience living and working in various metropolitan and rural locations across Australia.
Over the course of the 2 years, you will be working in a concrete plant, operating machinery on a quarry and helping our senior management team with budgets, plus a whole lot more.
You will be in corporate wear one day and steel caps and a hard hat the next.

80% of our senior managers started on our MDP- including our CEO.
Finish our program and you'll be in high demand, securing a spot in our company, often in a management role.
To be eligible, applicants should be completing this year, or have completed within the last 2 years, a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related field and a strong desire to pursue a career in management.

To ensure you're fully supported as you start the MDP, we'll also provide you with:
A package totaling approximately $100,000 that includes:
A starting salary of $69,500 plus superannuation
A mobile phone and laptop
A fully maintained company vehicle
Financial support for relocations within the business
Technical and management training
Coaching and mentoring
