The RoleSupport Senior Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients.
To ensure the professional and courteous delivery of service to the clients and increase productivity for the Adviser.
Duties and Responsibilities
Build solid client relationships toanticipate future client needs.
Manage client service andadministrative functions.
Onboard new clients and assist with any ongoing management.
Completing all implementation - processing and follow up ofapplications.
Review and assist in improving processes.
Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team
Assist in month reporting and any ongoing compliance requirements.
Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' related experience
Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
Background in building relationship with clients
