This exciting chance has become available for an experienced Database Co-Ordinator to join the school's fundraising and philanthropy team.
This pivotal role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the school's donor database, supporting fundraising campaigns and providing exceptional service to donors, alumni, parents and the wider school community.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for the fundraising team.
Maintain and administer the ToucanTech CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and security.
Manage data imports, cleansing, bulk updates and quality assurance.
Accurately record gifts and donations in accordance with school policies and legislative requirements.
Process donor receipts and acknowledgements, ensuring an exceptional donor experience.
Support fundraising appeals, annual giving campaigns and other philanthropic initiatives.




Prepare reports, conduct database analysis and assist with process improvements.
What You Bring:
Previous experience in database administration and CRM management.
Strong reporting, data segmentation and database maintenance skills.
Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
Experience processing financial transactions and reconciliations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
Experience within education, fundraising or the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
Current Working with Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement.
