As our Learning Specialist, you'llplay a key role in shaping capability across the RACV Group by partnering with leaders toidentifycapability needs, design impactful learning solutions, and influence learning strategy that supports business performance.Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and working closely with the Organisational Capability & Learning (OC&L;)leadershipteam,you'llact as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across the organisation, helping translate business challenges into learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes.Drawing on yourexpertiseinlearning design, capabilitydevelopmentand contemporary learning practice,you'lluse data, insights and stakeholder collaboration to design engaging blended learning experiences that build capability, improve performance and support RACV's strategic priorities.You'llalso play a leading role inestablishingand embedding learning design standards,
