This permanent, part-time role offers30 hours per week.You'll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: 7:00-9:00am (Rise then Shine) and 3:00-6:00pm (Stay and Play).

With support from experienced regional managers and a dedicated state office team, you'll gain hands-on leadership experience while making a genuine impact in your local school community.You'll have the opportunity to:Help lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsiteBuild your confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance, and administrationCreate exciting, child-led programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art, and craft experiencesFoster positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider communityDevelop the skills and experience needed to progress into future management opportunitiesQualificationsHold or be willing to obtain a national police check (which we will cover!)State working-with-children checkNational Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)Studying towards a relevant qualification as per ACECQAAdditional InformationAt Junior Adventures Group, child safety and child safeguarding principles are our top priorities.
